The Lockeport Pastoral Charge consists of the preaching points at East Sable River, Little Harbour and Lockeport (St. Andrew’s United) which are all located in Shelburne County, Nova Scotia. The area of Lockeport was originally referred to as Ragged Islands. A settlement called Locke’s Island was founded shortly after 1764. The area of Ragged Islands and Locke’s Island was renamed Lockeport on 16 February 1870.
