4. AST Continuing Education Events

Two continuing education programs are coming up which have been developed in response to some of the needs identified by the AST Founders.  Both are focused on equipping clergy and lay people with change management and leadership skills needed to move parishes and communities forward in a time of great uncertainty.  They are aligned with AST’s mission to “shape faithful and effective leaders.”

The first is titled Inspired Leadership:  What’s Love Got To Do With It? and this is being offered on January 13, 2018 at the President’s Lodge on AST campus.  The poster for this session is attached.

The second is a change leadership course which follows the “Transitions” framework developed by William Bridges.  It is called “Transitions:  Making Sense and Finding Peace with Change Transitions:  Making Sense and Finding Peace with Change.”  This is the first of a multi-module program and it will take place on Friday, January 26, 2018 at the President’s Lodge on AST campus.  Attached is a detailed outline of this program as well as the poster.
